With over twenty years of client based experience, Maureen Cullinane rounds out the team at Right Way Realty LLC. With over two decades of experience in sales in the tech industry, Kevin has always kept a close eye on the residential real estate market. He was raised in Norfolk County, spent time living in Suffolk County, and has settled down to raise a family in Essex County for the past 14 years. He volunteers his time coaching youth sports and after relocating to the northern part of the county, has immersed himself in his community he now calls home.

His positive attitude and easy relatability leaves customers feeling as though they’ve known him forever. He has an ease in the way he speaks with clients and agents, and is quick to think “outside the box” when it comes to the ever-evolving real estate market.  Kevin is committed to ensuring that his clients have a positive experience throughout their home search and sale.

After years of public service in the legal profession, Ryan has switched gears after exploring residential and commercial real estate as a personal investment.  Born and raised in Lynn, Ryan has remained a life-long resident of the North Shore, citing his love of the ocean and passion for community as the reason he'll never leave.
